VISION 2022 – Image Access participating as exhibitor for the first time

Thursday 22. September 2022 - Image Access will exhibit for the first time at VISION in Stuttgart from 04 - 06 October 2022. VISION is the worlds leading trade show for image processing. Image Access will present its new WideSCAN bars, which are suitable for a wide range of inline inspections.

Image Access will exhibit for the first time at VISION in Stuttgart from 04 – 06 October 2022. VISION is the worlds leading trade show for image processing. Image Access will present its new WideSCAN bars, which are suitable for a wide range of inline inspections and scanning applications and are available in four different lengths of 12, 24, 36 and 48 inches.
The WideSCAN bars require only a low 24V and either one or two USB 3 connections. An optional rotary encoder input allows for on the fly synchronization with the speed of the objects to be scanned. Speed ranges from 6 inches per second at 600dpi color to 68 inches per second at 300dpi monochrome independent of the length. It can be integrated into almost all single-pass printers for the purpose of nozzle correction and streak elimination.
Also on display will be the WideTEK 24F flatbed scanner, which digitizes originals up to DIN A2+. Fast as lightning, it performs a full 600dpi color scan of the entire surface in less than 4 seconds. During those few seconds, the image is compressed and sent over the network, all while the competitors product is still working on its 200dpi scan. The 1200dpi resolution provides details of the scanned document not even visible to the human eye. WideTEK 24F features a solid glass plate protecting the scanner from being exposed to dirt and dust, wet ink or paint, or any other objects.
