The handling of heavy materials – bulky, with protrusions or irregular shapes, as in the case of products in the building and furniture sector – is difficult and requires packaging that guarantees maximum safety at every stage of handling.
Specifically, visitors will be able to get hands-on with various packaging solutions, including the Robot S7 which is self-propelled, battery powered stretch wrapping machine. Designed to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, the Robot S7 is equipped with Power Drive technology that allows the film to be controlled with extreme precision, saving material and energy.
We will also be demonstrating the Compacta series horizontal stretch wrapping machine. With different rotating ring diameters, the range of these machines completely covers countless product categories of the most varied shapes and sizes, placing these solutions at the top of their category.
And finally, Robopac will be demonstrating the new Orbit R horizontal stretch wrapper that provides high-speed and high-performance and can be added to existing work cells or integrated lines. The Orbit R is a rotating ring machine for spiral wrapping elongated products including cabinets, wood flooring, doors, windows, and more.
