Global Scanning Americas Beats Q1 Sales Expectations

Thursday 03. June 2021 - Diverse scanning solutions for a range of applications meet growing demand; Sales surge for home office and high-volume productivity centers. Global Scanning Americas, a regional division of Global Scanning AS, announces success in Q1 2021.

These include scanning solutions from Contex, Colortrac, and Scan Dimension, covering entry-level to high-volume large format scanners as well as 3D desktop scanners. Global Scanning Americas attributes its success to its strong distributor and reseller channel and a well-rounded product line.

In the large format scanning sector, Global Scanning Americas saw a surge in sales for entry-level and high-volume scanning solutions. Applications for the Contex and Colortrac product lines include CAD and engineering, maps and GIS. Contex scanners are also used for artwork, photos, books, textiles, and other materials. The Contex scanners can capture documents up to 60-inches wide and unlimited lengths, and the value-driven Colortrac large format scanners can capture documents up to 44-inches wide. In the 3D market, Scan Dimension’s SOL 3D scanner is the most user-friendly and cost-effective in its space, ideal for both hobbyists and professionals.
Contex, Colortrac, and Scan Dimension scanners are available through distributors in Canada, the United States, and South America.
