aeoon presented today the results of the festival for creativity. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary this design competition was conceived. More than 140 students and trainees for graphic professions from all regions of Austria participated. Artistic freedom applied to the design, which fortunately manifested itself in extraordinary quality.
“A very large number of high-quality entries were submitted,” said Denise Grimm (COO of aeoon). Nevertheless, Mario Basic was able to convince the five-member jury of his project. As a student of the HTL Bau und Design in Innsbruck, he submitted the topic “Transience”. “There was a lot of originality among the submitted artworks, which made it all the more difficult for the jury to make a decision,” said Ms. Grimm.
Silver goes to Upper Austrian David Huemer with the theme “Don’t touch me” from the HTL Bau und Design in Linz. Aaron Hotter from the local HTL Glass and Chemistry achieved bronze with “Ancient Goddess.” But Gabriel Reichert and Diana Wurzer, also from Kramsach, were also able to convince the jury with their works “Farb Masaka der Wildnis” and “Futomaki-Sushi”, taking 4th and 5th place respectively. The 6th to 10th places went to Lea Hofmann (theme: Mountains, Kramsach), Katharina Feßl (theme: Travel, Salzburg), Paula Knoll (theme: Universes, Salzburg), Lena Kirchtag (theme: Nobody is perfect, but unique in their own way, Salzburg) and Jana Pichler (theme: Wildlife, Linz).
We wish the winner a great time during the internship and are sure that Mario will be well integrated into the aeoon family. Furthermore, Ms. Grimm commented, “We thank everyone for these great submissions and are happy to see so much creative potential that exists among the trainees.”
aeoon thanks all participants and especially congratulates the first ten winners. Some school classes will also be invited to the company headquarters in Kramsach.
