LASERLINE switches to Countamat from C&T Channel Matrix
Tuesday 15. December 2020 - C&T Channel Matrix (C&T), one of the worlds leading manufacturers of creasing matrix, is delighted to announce that Laserline Dies has switched to Pertinax Counter Sheet - COUNTAMAT - from C&T. Countamat is a high-quality durable counter material that offers cleaner cutting, longevity, and antistatic properties.
It can be easily milled and has superior dimensional stability. Supplied as 1070 x 1040 mm sheets, Countamat is a new type of counter die material consisting of a two-layer fine woven glass cloth. The dense cloth weave ensures durability on press and clean channel cutting, whilst also helping to extend the life of the tool.
Developed by C&T for cleaner routing and long run durability, Countamat is available with or without C&Ts easy-peelable adhesive backing. It is a tried and trusted product among several distributors and customers, including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, tobacco, and cosmetic packaging users.
