Konica Minolta expands production printing portfolio with AccurioPrint C750i series

Thursday 05. November 2020 - Konica Minolta is introducing the AccurioPrint C750i and AccurioPrint C750i Flux, two compact entry-level systems that are ideal for digital printing in small production printing and high-volume office environments. The two models combine a wide range of features and allow full integration with cloud services.

Successor to the AccurioPrint C759 series, the new C750i series offers shorter turnaround times and high reliability. With their innovative features, they reduce unnecessary misprints and offer advanced job management and workflow automation.
The AccurioPrint C750i comes standard with a versatile Fiery controller. With a wide range of built-in colour management functions and very high accuracy colour reproduction, it meets the needs of small printers.
The AccurioPrint C750i Flux is designed specifically for in-house corporate, municipal, legal, healthcare, education, membership organisations, chain stores and others. It is supplied with the Konica Minolta workflow and make-ready software AccurioPro Flux Essential. It works optimally with the integrated and powerful Konica Minolta Emperon controller, which offers powerful workflow benefits, full compatibility with the integrated job preparation functions and print document control and distribution. The comprehensive AccurioPro Flux Suite can be extended with a wide range of features to suit the customer’s needs and requirements.
Both versions of the AccurioPrint C750i perform all the functions of a small print shop or a modern office environment in a small footprint. They offer a fully digitised workspace that provides smooth workflow and managed content services.
Updated features of the AccurioPrint C750i include dual-sided scanning of double-sided documents in a single pass at speeds up to 280 images per minute, new finishing options such as triple folding, enhanced security features and a customisable graphical user interface. Both models print at up to 70 ppm in colour (75 ppm in mono), have a wide media range from 52 gsm to 300 gsm, and offer features such as Mixplex/Mixmedia and Smart Paper Catalogue.
The system also features a large 10.1-inch touch-screen control panel with excellent top view and very easy handling, especially for operators accustomed to working with tablets and smartphones. The display can easily be adapted to any customer requirement.
The AccurioPrint C750i is durable and solidly built. It is also equipped with an innovative media sensor that automatically detects paper type and weight, so the right settings can be applied quickly and reliably. This ensures optimised output quality, minimises the need for operator intervention and reduces the number of misprints. New user-friendly apps include the removal of copy shadows, the ability to create 20-page booklets, more secure printing and an ID card function for copying.
Cord Hashemian, Product Marketing Manager in Production Printing at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Germany, says: “Ease of use and high performance are essential in today’s fast-paced businesses to achieve maximum efficiency and get all office work done quickly and easily. At the same time, full integration into cloud services and support for key business processes must be ensured at the right time, so that all workflows are always secure and efficient. The AccurioPrint C750i offers all this and more, and is equipped with the latest security technology”.
He concludes: “In our established partnership approach, we work closely with our customers to rethink technology with advanced digital connectivity to help them profitably grow their business with our print solutions that offer outstanding print stability and durability.”
