viaprinto Germanys best online print shop

Wednesday 28. October 2020 - This year, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien mbH conducted a panel-based customer survey on the subject of online printing plants. A total of eight sub-categories were surveyed, including product diversity, user-friendliness, ordering process, print quality, delivery service, price-performance ratio, customer service and customer confidence. The Münster-based online printing company viaprinto took first place in the overall ranking.

The Münster-based company viaprinto was voted Germany’s best online print shop. It was able to prevail against eight strong competitors in the same category.
The innovative company prevailed over eight strong, well-known competitors from the segment, which are active throughout Europe, above all because it was also well ahead in the individual categories delivery service and customer confidence among those surveyed.
“We are very pleased about this award because it comes directly from our customers,” says viaprinto Managing Director Frank Morjan. “This confirms us on our entrepreneurial course, where we place great emphasis on personal consultation with our customers as well as on technical innovations and inspiring print results”.
The award is particularly gratifying in viaprintos anniversary year. Just recently in September, the online print shop took the opportunity to thank its customers for ten years of trustful cooperation, spiced with innovative ideas and technical achievements.
