Personnel changes at Kyocera

Friday 21. August 2020 - In order to continue its growth, Kyocera Document Solutions is sharpening its content focus and customer orientation through additional management and specialist positions. After Ursula Gebauer retired after more than two decades of Kyocera, Tanja Ossen-Werner completes the Board of Directors as Director of Human Resources and takes over the Human Resources department with effect from 01.09.2020.

Ms. Ossen-Werner has many years of professional experience and, until she moved to Arvato Systems Group, she was responsible for the successful Employer Branding & Recruiting Strategy and implemented strategic HR topics/tools such as software-supported recruiting processes, health and talent management and increasing diversity.
At Kyocera, she will assume responsibility for the HR area of the entire group of companies, which includes the two document management companies AKI GmbH and ALOS GmbH in addition to the national subsidiaries in Germany and Austria. The mother of two daughters is not only interested in freedom, development and tolerance in her professional life. She likes to spend her free time jogging and hiking in nature and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
At the same time, Matthias Hilbert takes over as Sales Manager Region North and strengthens the trade channel as a proven industry professional: In well over 20 years at Xerox, he has looked after the entire product range as Regional Business Manager DACH and most recently as Country Manager Volume Channel & Supplies Business. With his profound knowledge of the retail and distribution landscape and experience in the light production sector, he is a perfect addition to the sales management team. As a balance, he prefers to move around on two wheels: either by mountain bike or on motorcycle tours.
He takes over the region from Dirk Wagner, who has been responsible for the Key Account area as Senior Sales Manager since 01.04. The centralized support will take account of the growing key account business. Wagner’s area of responsibility also includes the Production Printing division, which Kyocera has been successfully filling with the innovative TASKalfa Pro 15000c inkjet system since the beginning of the year and which is managed by Gerald Olszewski as Key Account Manager Production Printing DE/AT: Olszewski brings with him many years of experience from Xerox, Océ and Canon.
Against the background of the customer focus, in addition to the key account, the area of system integrators under the leadership of sales manager Rainer Deutscher was centrally hanged up. His previous trading region will be managed in future by Thomas Kandt, Sales Manager Region South. SI, KAM and trading regions report centrally to Bernd Rischer, Senior Channel Sales Manager Germany.
In addition to further new appointments in the areas of order processing and pricing management, from September onwards, business people will again be trained in the area of digitization management in order to jointly continue the growth course.
