Reorganisation at the top management level of WALSER GmbH & Co. KG

Tuesday 14. July 2020 - Since 23 June 2020 Marcus Häuptle has been supplementing the management of WALSER GmbH & Co. KG in Gersthofen near Augsburg. The 36-year-old has been appointed Commercial Managing Director and will take over responsibility for the areas of Finance, Controlling, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, HR and IT with immediate effect. The founder and owner Niclas Walser will continue to work for WALSER GmbH & Co. KG and will focus on sales, product management and marketing.

After completing his M.Sc. at the Mannheim Business School, Mr Häuptle worked for several years until 2015 in one of the Big 4 auditing companies as an appointed auditor and authorised signatory in management positions. Subsequently, he held various positions in the management and executive board of a leading group of companies in the service industry, where he played a major role in the strong growth. Also at WALSER GmbH & Co. KG as well, Marcus Häuptle will contribute his extensive knowledge to achieve the company’s ambitious goals. “I look forward to writing the next chapter in the WALSER success story together with Mr Walser and the whole team”, says the new managing director.
