X-Rite Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Tuesday 24. March 2020 - As the world continues to fight against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), X-Rite is committed to the health and safety of all our employees, customers, and partners from around the globe. We are working on a country-by-country strategy to ensure the safety of our community while also supporting our customers business needs as seamlessly as possible.

Below are some of the many actions that we are taking:
Customers in travel-restricted areas can benefit from additional temporary licenses for desktop applications to enable their associates to work from home. These temporary licenses will be renewed on a monthly basis for as long your business is affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Please contact your Sales Account Manager to request your license(s).
We have implemented a manufacturing process that incorporates social distancing practices and maintains safety as a top priority. As a result, we are able to continue manufacturing products and fill orders.
While we are limiting the travel of our sales teams, your sales representative is available to support you remotely with demos and webinars.
Our customer service and technical support teams continues to be available for order processing and questions via email, phone, web or TeamViewer. The team can facilitate remote training, deployments, and eLearning opportunities.
Our marketing team is working hard to provide additional online experiences for you. We will provide more information in the coming days and weeks.
