Comparting USA: The New Connectivity

Thursday 21. March 2019 - Compart North America will hold the second annual Comparting USA at the Loews Minneapolis on April 30 - May 1, 2019. The event features a mix of customer presentations, the latest technology from Compart development, in-depth discussions and a suite at the Twins-Astros baseball game.

The Customer-Facing Document as the Center of Customer Experience
On the agenda are presentations from Allied Print, Messagepoint, Kubra and Broadridge. The theme is about how the complexity of customer communication is being resolved by a wider ecosystem of assets and technologies both within and outside of your environment, and how to connect these all together to deliver a great customer experience for your clients using customer-facing documents like bills, statements, invoices, direct mail, newsletters, etc.
For many organizations in every industry, the document is customer data in action. For most organizations, the customer-facing document is the single most reliable and regular customer touch point. Documents are opened and read. They provide the greatest opportunity to deliver a positive customer experience. And with the growth of delivery channels they must be available in the optimal way for customers to access.
One thing we have learned over the years is that no single person “owns” these documents. They are a group effort by marketing, finance, operations, accounts receivable, IT and other sub-organizations sometimes not even in the same state much less the same building, floor, department or silo. Some are outsourced, others are processed in-house. Disconnections can be costly. Opportunities can be missed. The brand can suffer. It is imperative that connectivity be a value of the entire organization. It’s not unusual to see people from the same organization meet for the first time at an event like Comparting USA.
So please join us and learn from some of the best minds in the industry and contribute your own thoughts on these topics. The event is intimate and informal. A baseball game is an ideal place to continue the conversation. We promise you will learn from and enjoy the event.
