DIENES Group invests in new buildings in Germany and Poland

Friday 11. January 2019 - DIENES is a medium-sized family business employing approx. 500 people in 7 countries worldwide. Founded in 1913, DIENES is a market leader in the fields of straight and circular knives, knife holders and slitting systems for industrial applications as well as innovation partners for plate valves and controllers.

The company holds various national and international patents. DIENES knives and knife holders are used to cut, scribe or perforate a wide variety of materials such as paper, core paper, packaging, labels, adhesive tape, battery foil, nonwovens, cellulose, aluminium, carbon material and much more. DIENES products are used for roll to roll and roll to sheet processes.
DIENES invested 5 million in the new production site, which has found its new home in Hückeswagen. The ground-breaking ceremony at the end of 2017 marked the beginning of the complex new building, which is now ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2019 and thus will be concluded.
