Wednesday 22. March 2017 - Prati is releasing a brand new technology named Futuraon its Saturn Omnia slitter rewinder.

The new concept enables converters to upgrade and adapt their equipment by integrating additional modules to keep pace with future demands. The Saturn Omnia is a multiuse finishing platform that handles SA labels, A4 sheets, wet glue labels, IML, and flexible packaging.
According to Prati, Futura will become a key concept for its new generation of finishing platforms. The goal of the technology developed by Prati is that of allowing converters to adapt immediately to a fast-moving market. With Futura, on-site upgrades are available. Downtime is kept to a minimum and 24-hour stoppage is enough to up-grade what once required 6 days to accomplish.
