ASIAN PAPER BANGKOK 2016 OFFICIALLY OPENED!

Thursday 02. June 2016 - The highly anticipated marquee exhibition and conference for the pulp, paper, board, packaging, corrugated and print industries in ASEAN - Asian Paper Bangkok 2016, officially opened its doors yesterday (1 June 2016) at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) Hall 105. The event was well received with targeted flow of industrial buyers as well as positive comments on the strong conference.

The conference area was fully packed during yesterday’s Senior Management Symposium which featured highly respectable renowned speakers from APP, APRIL, Double A, FSC, IKEA, Kemira, PEFC, SCG, UPM and etc.

On the eve of Asian Paper, 30 privileged visitors embarked on a guided tour to SCG Packaging Mill to witness first-hand, Thailand’s world class state-of-the-art paper making facilities and gained insights on the new technology in action.

For the first time in Asian Paper history, the event is co-located with ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week, a dedicated event for renewable energy sources and technology. Visitors can seize the opportunity to visit both the events at BITEC today and tomorrow.
