D.P.R. S.r.L to Show Digital Finishing System at Empack

Wednesday 25. May 2016 - D.P.R. S.r.L. is pleased to announce they will be attending Empack in Hannover, Germany. Taking place May 31st to June 3rd at Deutsche Messe, the team will be located in booth F45.

Throughout the show, D.P.R. will be doing demonstrations of the Scorpio SCR22L – a roll to roll finishing system that provides cutting, lamination, matrix removal and slitting. Accommodating roll widths up to 8.5″ (215.9mm) wide, this digital finishing system is the ideal companion for inkjet and digital label printing – making it possible to cut any label shape on the fly without dies.

Also being shown is a matrix remover & slitter. This machine can unwind, remove the matrix from a die cut label roll, slit, and rewind it simultaneously – making it easier to print full bleeds and have finished rolls cut down with little effort.

Rounding out the products being shown is a longitudinal label slitter. This slitter satisfies the present-day necessity to make the most of the print area, with the possibility to obtain more rows of labels from the same roll, and then split it through the use of the slitter.
