Impostrips Nesting Optimization Engine enables a commercial PSP to nest labels, foldable boxes for marketing campaigns, in-store displays, stickers of all shapes and sizes, banners, and more. The nested files can run on a wide format device as well as a digital press, flatbed -cut-sheet or roll.

Impostrips Nesting Optimization Engine easily connects to an upstream and downstream system, just as a customer would using the software today. The Nesting Engine receives orders systematically, analyses them and automatically places the irregular shapes in the most optimal way and delivers print ready files. The automation of nesting is offered as a PDF workflow for maximum quality of output and process.
