Printing tokens on the Jeti Mira

Tuesday 26. January 2016 - In April 2015, the Belgian printer b-token started testing Agfa Graphics’ Jeti Mira wide-format UV-inkjet printer to create personalized tokens that are used during events and as marketing tools.

The tokens can be printed or embossed, and made out of plastic, aluminum, metal, or wood. The company is market leader in this field, producing close to 40 million tokens a year (both printed and embossed), thus servicing 60 countries worldwide.

With the Jeti Mira, b-token found it could print at a much higher quality and with much more detail than before. b-token also greatly appreciates the productivity of the engine and its reliability, in addition to the training and support they get from Agfa Graphics. In the future, the company also plans to bring the Jeti Mira into action for the production of braille tokens, with varnish.
