New GEW RHINO power electronics come with 5 year warranty

Tuesday 21. October 2014 - UV ink curing systems manufacturer GEW (EC) Limited is exhibiting at the 2014 Labelexpo India trade show which takes place in New Delhi 29 October to 1 November.

At the show GEW will unveil their all new RHINO electronic power supply for UV-printing systems that went into production following 3 years of intensive development.
RHINO sets new standards with many innovative features. Energy saving is top of the list, approaching 95% efficient and with power factor of 1, RHINO represents a huge step in electronic design. Harmonic demand has been minimised with the result that transmission and cable losses are all but eliminated. We have direct experience of customers saving over 50% of their energy consumption, in many cases this has allowed additional presses to be installed without increasing incoming mains capacity.

From fully testing in our factory, to commissioning on site and monitoring during the run RHINO logs all events as they happen. Simple software then allows us to act on any out of range readings to avoid unplanned downtime.
