Eastman Board Declares Dividend

Monday 05. May 2014 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable July 1, 2014, to stockholders of record as of June 13, 2014.
