Michelman Offers Global Priming Solutions for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene and Polyethylene Film and Paper Substrates Printed On HP Indigo Presses

Thursday 20. March 2014 - Michelman digital printing primers for HP Indigo and other digital presses are designed to optimize printing results on virtually all substrates including biaxially oriented polypropylene and polyethylene film and paper.

Ideal for customers printing labels and packaging, Michelman water-based primers ensure good adhesion of ink to the substrate, while improving rub resistance, image quality and press performance.
Available in a variety of grades and in every country worldwide, Michelman’s DigiPrime primer is HP-recommended and does not yellow or lose print receptivity over time. Michem In-Line Primer is also HP-recommended and is designed for use on HP presses utilizing in-line priming units. Both product lines are 100% aqueous, and are a safer option for operators and the environment than alternatives.
