Kornit Digital Hires Gabi Seligsohn as CEO, Ofer Ben-Zur to Remain as President and CTO

Wednesday 05. March 2014 - Kornit Digital, the leading manufacturer and innovator of digital direct-to-garment and textile printing solutions, today announced the appointment of Mr. Gabi Seligsohn as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ofer Ben-Zur, Kornit's founder, will remain the President and CTO of the company.

Seligsohn joins Kornit from Nova Measuring Instruments (Nasdaq: NVMI), where he served as the President and CEO until August 2013. During that period Seligsohn defined and implemented a strategy which led to significant growth in the Company’s net profitability and revenues. His vision and leadership transformed Nova from a single product OEM company to a multiproduct leading edge solution provider. Prior to becoming Nova’s CEO, Seligsohn served in several key positions at Nova, including as EVP, Global Business Management Group, President of Nova’s U.S. subsidiary, and VP, Strategic Business Development. Seligsohn joined Nova after serving as a Sales Manager for key financial accounts at Digital Equipment Corporation. Seligsohn was voted CEO of the year for the Israeli Hi-Tech industry by the Israeli Management Institute in 2010.
