The new website of Guandong is online. A project based on an innovative, dynamic and multimedia web template, designed and developed with the support of Nutcracker and its professionals Giuliano Noci – full professor of marketing at Politecnico di Milano and vice rector for the Chinese campus Polo of Politecnico di Milano – and Andrea Boaretto – Head of Marketing Projects of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano and professor of multichannel Marketing at MIP Politecnico di Milano. The new website represents a further step in the evolutionary strategy of Guandong, a route that the company has undertaken with the mission to be always close to its customers, thanks to a person-to-person approach. In line with this objective is the new commercial strategy, which provides for the signing of agreements at a regional level for the exclusive distribution of the wide range of branded products for visualcomm, and the commitment in R&D, which gives rise to a range of products constantly updated.
“We have always been customer-oriented and we base our relations on mutual trust bolstered by maximum transparency” – said Mr. Fabio Elmi, Sales & Marketing Director of Guandong – “Thus we believe that fueling a two-way dialogue is of primary importance. This way, customers can immediately seek the product they are interested in and, at the same time, the other users can easily find a list of products suitable for their specific needs. Same purpose for the introduction of a special section devoted to applications: if you select an application of your interest, you will find out all the related solutions available. Easy web surfing and also full transparency, that reflect the desire of the company to describe itself clearly throughout the site. You will find the “Team” section, with photos of Guandong staff and the possibility to contact directly the office via Skype button, with the option “Call&Chat”, and corporate videos and products videos, with managers’ interviews and in-depth descriptions of products, that you can also find in the new YouTube channel of Guandong.
Among the innovations introduced, the new multimedia and dynamic website presents the section devoted to “Direct Import” service. Thanks to the experience gained through years of activity in overseas import, Guandong offers to customers the possibility to import full container to be received directly in their warehouses, dealing with all customs regulations and practices and guarantying products with a constant quality. In line with the international philosophy that animates Guandong, the new site is now available in Italian and English and it will be online soon also in French, Spanish and German.
