ELLE MAN, the new magazine for contemporary man, chooses Uno Bright Gloss
Monday 18. November 2013 - On 3 October 2013 the first number of ELLE MAN came out in France, the new bi-monthly covering style, culture and society published by ELLE, the world's leading up-market magazine brand for women.
The 196 pages of ELLE MAN are printed in 150,000 copies on Uno Bright Gloss 80 gsm paper produced by Burgo Group (www.burgogroup.com). A choice confirming the publisher’s aim to also emphasise the quality of the magazine by selecting a trendy paper, one that is pleasant to the touch and extremely comfortable to read thanks to its even surface and outstanding smoothness.
Uno Bright is a MWC (Medium Weight Coated) paper for web offset printing with excellent brightness, gloss and opacity designed specifically for top-end magazines, many of which are already partners of the Uno Bright range at international level.
ELLE MAN (the singular is only used in France to distinguish it from the international editions of Elle Men on sale in eleven countries and with a strong presence in Asia) joins the other 44 editions of ELLE and its several versions found throughout the world – ELLE Décoration, ELLE à table, ELLE Girl – with a readership of over 33 million.
ELLE MAN has five sections dedicated to the discerning man who knows how to ‘choose’, discover new ‘styles’, wants to explore the world through articles in ‘magazine’, looks for elegance in the ‘fashion’ section illustrated by top photographers who know how to capture new features and nuances, a man who wants to keep abreast of the latest trends in ‘lifestyle’. So ELLE MAN addresses the man who loves fashion and style, who wants to be informed and also to enjoy himself, a man who looks beyond stereotypes.
Furthermore, Uno Bright is FSC mix credit or PEFC certified (on request) and available in 65 to 115 gsm substances with Gloss and Satin finishes.
