Monday 04. November 2013 - The Houston Chronicle has ordered a new Goss Magnapak inserter and contracted with Goss International to enhance existing Goss NP632 and NP2299 inserters as part of a comprehensive project to improve mailroom capacity and efficiency.

The new Magnapak inserter will cycle at up to 30,000 copies per hour. Dual-delivery capability will give the publisher the versatility to operate a single stream or two separate streams.
Goss will assist in the relocation of the NP632 inserter and upgrade controls on both the legacy machines to its current Omnicon platform for compatibility with the Magnapak, creating a cohesive and integrated system.
The project will be completed in early 2014. Officials from the Houston Chronicle confirmed the order at the recent Print 2013 show in Chicago.
