Natural Products Scandinavia: The perfect labels for your products

Beside the new announced AP550e label applicator, visitors can see the whole label printer product line for small and mid-size production runs.
The latest addition to Primera´s products, the AP550e, is a semi-automatic label applicator that makes it fast and easy to precisely apply product and identification labels onto a wide range of flat surfaces such as rectangular or tapered bottles, boxes, packages, bags, pouches, lids, tins and much more. Labels are applied straight, without wrinkles or folds, in exactly the location desired. This gives finished products a highly professional look and significantly increases the number of containers that can be labeled per hour versus manually applying labels.
AP550e is the perfect accessory for labels produced by Primera’s popular LX- and CX-Series colour label printers and digital label presses. Together, they provide a complete print-and-apply solution that’s ideal for a wide range of manufacturers and distributors. Roll or fan-fed labels printed by other methods such as flexographic, offset and thermal transfer can also be applied with the applicator. For round containers such as bottles, cans and jars, Primera also offers its popular AP360e and AP362e Label Applicators.
Primera’s fastest LX900e Colour Label Printer produces labels at speeds of up to 4.5″ per second. Separate ink cartridges for cyan, magenta, yellow and black keep operating costs low since only one colour at a time needs to be replaced. The semi-permanent print head utilises all-new technology to produce razor-sharp text, brilliant graphics and photo-realistic printing. It’s the perfect solution for everyone who wants to design and produce their own product labels.
FX400e, an optional accessory to Primera’s LX-Series Colour Label Printers, works in-line to apply shiny gold and silver borders, fonts and other graphics to inkjet-printed labels. The effect is virtually identical to traditional metallic hot-stamp technology, adding brilliant, shiny highlights to labels. Since the process is 100% digital, there are no set-up charges. Virtually any design imaginable can be printed.
Digital Label Finishing Made Easy
To make this a complete solution, Primera has all kind of different material like normal paper in glossy or matt, polyester in white, silver or clear. Just this year Primera was introducing the new Vintage Paper Material, which produces an outstanding quality and is available for all LX-series Label Printers. It has a plain paper surface, water-soluble glue and an unbleached liner. The new material can be described as biodegradable and regardless of that this means its composition is not waterproof, customers who have seen it so far observe that the print looks outstanding beautiful. So you can say it´s a “green label”.
