Paradigm Imaging Group Announces New Version of Colortrac SmartWorks Pro Software
Wednesday 21. August 2013 - Paradigm Imaging Group, the North American distributor for Colortrac, Inc., announces the release of the new version of Colortrac SmartWorks Pro Software (v.1.4.1.2)
SmartWorks Pro is an optional software package with advanced editing and file management features, compatible with Colortrac’s popular Gx and SC series scanners. Using a mouse or touch screen enabled display, the intuitive Graphical User Interface guides you quickly through the Scan-once workflow, making rapid changes to the image quality.
Some of the new features of SmartWorks Pro v.1.4.1.2 include:
New Internal Driver for EPSON SureColor Printers and Canon iPF815 and iPF825 – Allowing for shorter first copy output times and greater reliability over image placement, scale and orientation.
SmartWorks Pro Open PDF – Opens its own scans made to PDF format, allowing files to be checked or saved into other file formats, especially useful for PDF files above 200 inches long.
Scan to AutoCAD DWF Format – Save any scan to AutoCAD DWF format, widely used for the mark-up of drawings and plans by architects and engineers. DWF images can be viewed, annotated and measured and exchanged freely with other users of the software.
10 New Preset Filters – Allows full control over the file format of the scan file, and helps to identify the file after scanning.
