Salem Communications and Xulon Press Announce FreeChristianPublishing – First of Its Kind Christian Publishing Solution

Monday 19. August 2013 - Salem Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SALM) and Xulon Press announced today the creation of a first of its kind free book publishing solution for Christian writers. FreeChristianPublishing will provide authors who seek a do-it-yourself publishing experience with a suite of proprietary online production and design tools, access to full scale print and eBook distribution to over 75,000 retail outlets worldwide, as well as extensive marketing services and opportunities.

Designed for the author who is able to prepare their manuscript and cover for print, the most expensive part of the book publishing process is eliminated. Authors will also be able to choose from a variety of additional services and support options that meet their specific needs.

FreeChristianPublishing.com will soft launch in September, with full services rolling out through 2013 and early 2014.
