Kimberly-Clark Wins International Recognition at the Procurement Leaders Awards
Monday 01. July 2013 - Kimberly-Clark Corporation has earned top honors from the Procurement Leaders Awards in London.
Cynthia Dautrich, Global Procurement Officer, won the top award in the Procurement Leader category in recognition of her achievements in the procurement industry. In addition, Kimberly-Clark’s global procurement organization became a finalist in the Transformation category and one of the Top 10 companies to show a significant transformation in the procurement function.
The Procurement Leaders Awards recognizes and celebrates the excellence in the world of procurement and supply chain management. More than 300 entries were received from 140 different companies in 28 countries for this year’s awards.
“The value that the procurement team has delivered to Kimberly-Clark over the past several years has been enormous and the alignment with the business teams the past two years has been exceptional,” said Dave Faddis, vice president of European Consumer Supply Chain.
The Procurement Leader award recognized Dautrich for her strong leadership ability, proven track record in achieving goals, along with her willingness to take smart risks and build trust with her clients.
