St Ives acquires Amaze
Tuesday 12. March 2013 - St Ives Group, the UK's leading provider of Publishing Services and Marketing Solutions, today announced the purchase of Amaze, one of the UK's leading full service marketing and technology consultancies, from Hasgrove plc, the digital and communication services group.
Amaze is a leading full service marketing and technology consultancy, boasting an unrivalled depth of understanding of technology and human behaviour. The agency’s work is global – spanning 104 countries in 28 languages.
Amaze joins other companies within the St Ives Group which specialise in data marketing and management, field marketing, customer engagement, market research and retail consultancy. The acquisition provides the St Ives Group with an incredibly powerful digital offering, significantly strengthening its marketing services portfolio.
Amaze has been acquired as a stand alone brand and business and will operate independently, maintaining the autonomy to deliver its existing strategy and financial targets. There will be no change to Amaze’s management team, company structure or current office locations.
St Ives will support Amaze’s plans to take advantage of the increasing demand for integrated technology and data-driven marketing solutions and to expand further into new markets internationally, including in the US and Far East.
