The Multiformer

Friday 22. February 2013 - The new A+F MultiFormer from OYSTAR A+F processes a multitude of formats at a rate of up to 150 pieces per minute.

OYSTAR A+F, the specialist in fully automated end-of-line packaging systems, has expanded its portfolio, adding a new former for trays, displays and boxes. The A+F MultiFormer can be configured to handle one or several tracks and forms 40 to 150 pieces per minute. Customized format kits allow handling a wide variety of formats and shapes, whilst providing reliable changeover within minimal time.
The A+F MultiFormer uses a combination of stamp and funnel to perform all forming operations in one step. This makes the equipment very compact and reduces the required floorspace. The A+F MultiFormer includes a horizontal blank magazine and an integrated switchboard with operator interface.
The new former from OYSTAR A+F is mainly designed for centralized supply of packaging materials, for integration into packaging lines, or for use as a separate machine. An optional version for use in wet areas is also available.
