ESMA Technical Conference at ECOPrint 2012

Wednesday 19. September 2012 - ESMA is supporting the ECOPrint show with the latest changes in screen printing which can help each printer to become more ecological and sustainable.

Screen printing is taking more and more care about environmental aspects. In general, the printing industry has been considered as very polluting but innovative approaches will be solving this issue.
In the past, ESMA made a first step with the Initiative for Process Optimization (IPS) for graphical screen printing. We studied the process with some printers to look for improvements at any step during the printing process. The process looked upon saving energy, costs, reducing waste but also improving the quality.
