Thursday 23. August 2012 - Cross Media 2012 today announces its new smartphone app for visitors, which has been launched for use pre-show and during the event. The Cross Media 2012 app contains information about the latest news, social media feeds, seminars, exhibitors, speakers, interactive show floor map, and up-to-date travel and traffic information, enabling visitors to always have the latest Cross Media 2012 information readily to hand. More importantly, it will allow visitors to pre-plan their event experience to maximise their return on time investment.

With over a quarter of UK adults now owning a smartphone (Ofcom’s latest Communications Market Report), together with the rapid growth of the smartphone application industry, the Cross Media 2012 app is highly relevant to the multi-channel world that is high on Cross Media 2012’s seminar agenda.
In addition to the latest event news, app users have the opportunity to map out their visit to Cross Media in advance, using the ‘My Schedule’ feature.
