The metal printing process infuses the Instagram photo directly onto a 1/16″ sheet of aluminum. A sturdy, 3/4″ thick wooded frame with a hanging wire is then attached to the back of the aluminum sheet. When hung on a wall, the added depth makes it appear to the viewer as if the image is floating in space.
