Kimberly-Clark Declares Quarterly Dividend

Thursday 02. August 2012 - The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 74 cents per share. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 7, 2012.

2012 marks the 40(th) consecutive year that Kimberly-Clark has increased its dividend and the 78(th) straight year it has paid a dividend to shareholders.
