The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT) today announced the successful closing of its offer to exchange all of its outstanding $225.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016, which were not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Inland Label, headquartered in La Crosse, Wis., reports the installation of its second Speedmaster XL 105-8+L with CutStar in-line sheeting unit, aqueous coater, Prinect Press Center with Intellistart operator guidance system, integrated Wallscreen, and Prinect Inpress Control color measurement. Except for the upgrade to the in-line Inpress Control, the new press is identical to the companys first Speedmaster XL 105, installed in 2008.
