Fuwei Films Announces Court’s Approval of the Settlement of U.S. Securities Class Action Litigation
Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: FFHL) (“Fuwei Films” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic film located in China, today announced that the settlement agreement entered into with Plaintiffs in the securities class action pending in federal district court in New York (the “Action”) was approved by the Court at the fairness hearing held on April 27, 2011. The Action has been dismissed with prejudice.
