Kodak Reports Significant Progress on Sustainability Goals

Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) today reported that it has reduced greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 49%, closing in on its goal for a 50% reduction by the end of 2012 under its current set of Sustainability Goals. Since the baseline year of 2002, Kodak has achieved a GHG reduction of more than 1.5 million tons, the equivalent of taking 350,000 cars off the road.

Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc., and PCCR USA, Inc., announce today that the companies have signed a definitive agreement for Momentive to sell its North American composites and coating resins business to PCCR USA, a subsidiary of Investindustrial, a European investment group with operations in specialty chemicals , resins and intermediates.

Metso to supply more minerals processing equipment and project services to Northland Resources in Sweden

Metso has signed a contract with Northland Resources AB for minerals processing equipment and works related to its two process lines in Kaunisvaara.

Metso concludes an agreement to supply pulp mill key technology to Suzano in Brazil

Metso has concluded an agreement to supply all main technology for the 1.5 million tonnes greenfield pulp mill of Suzano Papel e Celulose S.A., to be built in the state of Maranhão in the northeastern part of Brazil. Start-up is scheduled for the first half of 2013. A stock exchange release regarding the advanced negotiations between Metso and Suzano was published on March 1, 2011.
