DuPont Files Federal Lawsuit to Protect Titanium Technologies Intellectual Property

On April 6, DuPont filed a lawsuit against USA Performance Technology, Inc. (USA PTI), Performance Group (USA) Inc. and two individuals for allegedly misappropriating trade secrets and proprietary information related to the DuPont Titanium Technologies business. The suit was filed in U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of California.
