Archway Acquires Corporate Services Inc. (CSI)
Tuesday 08. March 2011 - Archway Extends Leadership Role in Marketing Fulfillment
Today, Archway, a leader in marketing fulfillment, announced the acquisition of Corporate Services Inc. (CSI). CSI is a privately held fulfillment company centrally located in South Bend, IN.

The combination of CSI and Archway builds upon those leadership positions and establishes us as a leading provider to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.”
In combination with CSI, Archways credentials to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries include:
Client relationships with three of the top five, and eight of the top 20 pharmaceutical and life science companies
More than 4 million square feet of storage and distribution space in 13 metropolitan areas, of which more than 700,000 square feet are secured, temperature and humidity-controlled
HIPAA, PDMA, 21 CFR part 11 compliant
DEA approved in all 50 states to distribute sample prescription and OTC 3, 3N, 4 & 5 controlled substances

Combining the two companies is another step in fulfilling Archways vision of becoming the distinct leader in marketing fulfillment. As a result of the acquisition, Archway gained more than 20 client relationships and 235 employees. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
