Yellow Media Inc. Appoints Mr. Michael E. Roach to its Board of Directors

Friday 11. February 2011 - Yellow Media Inc. (TSX:YLO) announces the appointment of Mr. Michael E. Roach to its Board of Directors, effective February 9, 2011.

“We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Michael E. Roach to the Board of Directors,” said Marc L. Reisch, Chairman of the Board. “The breadth and depth of his experience in the technology and telecommunications industry will most certainly bring a significant wealth of knowledge to the Board.”
Mr. Roach, 58, currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CGI Group Inc. Prior to joining CGI, Mr. Roach spent 25 years of his career with Bell Canada, where he held a number of leadership positions, notably as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Sygma Telecom Solutions.
Mr. Roach has been a Director of CGI Group Inc. since June 2006. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Conference Board of Canada and Innovapost Inc. He also serves as a Trustee of the Conference Board Inc. (U.S.) and is a Member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives.
Mr. Roach was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration and earned his Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Economics and Political Science from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.
