TrueTONE PatchFINDER & Direct FX

TrueTONE SL increase its range of tools to facilitate the work of designers, printers and prepress houses, with the launch of two new stand-alone programs. TrueTONE PatchFinder and TrueTONE DirectFX progrmas, with a broad policy framework and the ability to adapt to any printing technique and number of colors.
These programs facilitate the task of looking and finding any screen color, to reinforce it with screen and even find a direct equivalent color to the sample from which we started.
In either program, it will consider printing fingerprint and the technique selected through tests and values set out in the laboratories of TrueTONE . With the information collected in this test, we will be able to get / simulate the final results and pre-press test to verify the quality of our results.
TRUETONE PatchFINDER
This program is useful either for look & find a color as for the jobs interexchange between prepress and press companies.
The jobs are exchanged by files, where each party sets the parameters of the work and the needs of the customer, so each jobticket can be used for quality control.
The workflow allows for greater efficiency and management, as well as a link to each of the parties involved in the process.
TRUETONE PatchFINDER This program its suitable for several fields of application:
Job Management: In one hand we have common options to managing jobbag, work orders, customer details, machine in use …
Color Management: Library to look & find the components of a color from the parameters of the machine that we use.
Reports: PDF report with information related to our work.
TRUETONE DirectFX
We can find and locate the desired color in his own family including changing the location to the right family in order to raise the desired color intensity, otherwise go with their immediate family.
In a short period of time for the Plus version more features will be added, we would find a color and its equivalent in direct color, so that we would be able to weigh the desired amount as many times as you want and when you want.
TRUETONE DirectFX
The aim of this tool is mainly for color management. We will be able to look & find a screen color from their numerical coordinates in different databases (including different densities), each taking into account the parameters of the machines to be used.
Allow us to get the desired screen color and the corresponding strength screening color, and reproduce the work in a prepress plotter to confirm color before set on press.
Test Chart & Fingerprint
The development process begins with the completion of several test print on the client, so you can extract all the information needed to simulate the behavior of this machine searches and prepress.
These fingerprint also include the test charts that TrueTONE developed for this purpose. These test charts will be available for designers and public in general in order to make easier the representation of color.
Either PatchFinder as DirectFX can use TrueTONE control strips, so each technique (Trichromy, CMYK, Heptacromía, n-color), will use the corresponding control strip to certify the parameters thus we can ensure the quality of our work.
