RedTie Limited Signs Agreement with HP in North America, Offering RedTie Web-to-Print Solutions for HP Indigo Digital Presses

Monday 04. October 2010 - RedTie Limited, a global provider of web-to-print solutions, announced today at Graph Expo 2010 that it has finalized an agreement with HP in North America.

RedTie’s solutions allow their customers to offer online ordering capabilities designed to retain business and develop new revenue streams. The new relationship with HP also designates RedTie as a “Silver Status” partner of the HP Graphics Solutions Partner Program. RedTie’s Red2Go (Screenshot: http://bit.ly/b5aQYi) and RedTie Academy online training solutions will be demonstrated at GraphExpo 2010 in Chicago this week at RedTie Booth #1072 and HP Booth #1200.

“Additionally, the launch of Red2Go and the RedTie Academy will make the transition to profitable web-to-print even quicker and easier for printers in the US.”
“HP recognizes that the RedTie’s solutions, while simple to implement and easy for the end user to place orders is both robust and sophisticated with a wide range of features designed for a B2B corporate environment while not neglecting the requirements a good B2C site needs,” outlined Dominic Le Claire, General Manager of North America for RedTie. “Additionally, the launch of Red2Go and the RedTie Academy will make the transition to profitable web-to-print even quicker and easier for printers in the US.”

The Red2Go model allows companies to sign up for the RedTie Template (RTT) web-to-print solution online, and participate in web-based implementation and training at the new, industry-leading RedTie Academy, all for a low monthly fee. Because the self-service solution is so easy to use, yet feature-rich with business rules for B2B and B2C environments, print service providers can be launched on their way to profitability in no time at all, with support available as-needed by the RedTie team.

“RedTie’s web-to-print solutions have generated incremental print revenue for HP customers in Europe, and we look forward to helping customers in the US with the same opportunities to opening new lines of business and profitability,” commented Marian Stefani, CEO of RedTie.

Tom Mackel, President of Engage Marketing and a joint HP Indigo and RedTie customer, says, “RedTie is the disruptive technology of web-to-print storefronts. Other web-to-print offerings require much more hands-on customer support and are substantially more costly to implement, but RedTie’s system is more like iTunes – easy to use, affordable and intuitive. If a web-to-print solution is too complex, it works against your ability to recapture your investment and make it pay off – simpler solutions with low set-up costs and sensible expectations take off easier, and we all make money with the transactions.”
