Radius Solutions Signs Agreement to Become Part of EFIs Applications Division
Monday 03. May 2010 - Radius to add world class ERP software for packaging companies, to EFIs solutions portfolio.
Radius Solutions Ltd., a world leader in enterprise software applications focused exclusively on the packaging industry, announced that it has signed an agreement to become part of EFI. The company has plans to formally join the EFI organization within the next few months, adding its world class enterprise application for packaging to EFIs portfolio of print industry technologies.
The deal represents a strategic fit for both organizations; Radius Solutions leading software would expand EFIs portfolio in the packaging arena, while gaining the global footprint and financial strength of a large, publicly quoted company. “It is exciting to have Radius Solutions join the EFI family,” said David Taylor, President and CEO of Radius Solutions. “Our ERP packaging software fits strategically within EFI’s solutions portfolio, and our clients will gain a supplier with a global footprint and the additional resources of a tier one organization. I look forward to managing the Radius product line within EFIs world class organization.”
EFI intends to integrate a number of its award winning products including Fiery, Jetrion, Digital StoreFront, PrintFlow and Auto-Count, with the Radius Solutions product line. “We are very pleased to add Radius Solutions to our growing portfolio,” said Marc Olin, Sr. VP/GM APPS of EFI. “EFIs goal is to offer our customers a complete product portfolio that assists them from job creation to production, while allowing them to be more efficient and effective, and ultimately, more profitable.
