Continued success for Flint Group at the 8th Asian Flexo, Gravure and Labelling Excellence Awards

Thursday 04. March 2010 - With users of nyloflex Printing Plates and rotec Sleeves winning the most awards

As in previous years, the use of printing plates and sleeves from Flint Group Flexographic Products proved to be a key factor in winning awards at the 8th AFTA Flexo and Label Printing Awards in Malaysia. Following on from the annual AFTA conference, about 350 guests gathered for the award dinner, where the 35 winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were announced from over 700 entries.

The evening again turned out to be a great success for users of Flint Group Flexographic Products’ printing plates and sleeves. Products printed with nyloflex printing plates gained 7 Gold, 9 Silver and 3 Bronze awards in total, which equated to 54% of all awards. This figure only served to confirm the continuous superior performance that is achievable using Flint Group products – indeed since the beginning of the AFTA awards, Flint Group printing plates have achieved an average of above 50% of all of the winning plates.

Flint Group Flexographic Products also achieved the perfect result with their rotec sleeve range with every winner at the awards, who used sleeves in their printing process, printing the job with rotec sleeves – again showing the unmatched quality and reliability of rotec products in the market.
