RR Donnelley Expands Legal Support Services Footprint and Establishes Alliance With Encore Discovery Solutions

Tuesday 02. February 2010 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NASDAQ:RRD) today announced the expansion of its global legal support services footprint with the establishment of a new facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.

RR Donnelley supports in-house legal departments and law firms with an offering that includes document review, e-discovery, hosting, translations, contract management and legal word processing and proofreading services. RR Donnelley’s new Charlotte center complements the company’s existing network of 45 near-shore production facilities located in major cities throughout the world and its offshore operations centers in India and The Philippines.

The company also announced an alliance through which Encore Discovery Solutions will provide expanded document review capabilities worldwide. Encore will leverage RR Donnelley’s multi-shore legal process outsourcing expertise and foreign language translations capabilities in 40 countries. Encore Discovery Solutions is a leading provider of electronic data discovery and related services, including Web hosting, data forensics and collections, imaging, coding and reprographics.
