Change in the ownership of Metsos own shares
Monday 28. December 2009 - MEO1V Incentive Limited Partnership that was established to administer Metsos 2006-2009 Share Ownership Plan has been dissolved.
The remaining 48,776 Metsos own shares held by the Limited Partnership have been transferred to the direct ownership of Metso Corporation on December 23, 2009. Metso Corporation now owns 409,617 Metsos own shares which represents 0.27 percent of all the shares and votes of Metso Corporation.
