Sherlock Holmes Returns Home to Baker Street in OOH Promotion

Warner Bros. Pictures launches an Out of Home campaign this week for the forthcoming film Sherlock Holmes. The 3 week vinyl sticker campaign will dominate the mid level concourse at Baker Street Tube Station, for its connection to the fictional detective who lived at 221B Baker Street, now the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Monday 07. December 2009 - Warner Bros. Pictures launches an Out of Home campaign this week for the forthcoming film Sherlock Holmes. The 3 week vinyl sticker campaign will dominate the mid level concourse at Baker Street Tube Station, for its connection to the fictional detective who lived at 221B Baker Street, now the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

The vinyl campaign features Sherlock Holmes as played by Robert Downey JR, and announces the Boxing Day UK cinema release date. The campaign consists of 661 vinyl panels measuring 200 by 195mm which appear in a chequer pattern interspersed between existing wall tiles featuring the profile of pipe smoking Holmes which continue to be a landmark feature at Baker Street station.

The campaign was planned and booked by Kinetic and is supported by national 96 sheets and 6 sheets.
