ACCESSPLUS CEO APPOINTED MANAGED SERVICES DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR AT OFFICE2OFFICE
Monday 26. October 2009 - office2office (o2o) announced today that Jason Cromack, currently CEO of the groups print management and BPO division, AccessPlus, has been appointed to the position of Managed Services Development Director for the office2office Group of companies.
Reporting directly to o2o CEO, Simon Moate, Mr Cromacks new role will be to work with all the Groups business divisions to develop robust board-level relationships with new and existing customers and oversee the strategy and development of standardised procedures for the cross-selling of the organisations broad range of services and products.
Says Simon Moate, CEO, o2o: “The size of the o2o Group and the diverse portfolio of services and products we offer means there is still huge scope for growth in terms of introducing customers to all of the services our divisions provide. In his new role, Jason will work closely with me and all the divisional sales teams to look at the opportunities that currently exist and identify how we can pool the huge resources we have in the Group to ensure that customers firstly understand exactly what we now offer; and secondly, take up more of our products and services.
“Jason brings with him to the role tremendous senior level industry experience. As CEO of TripleArc and then AccessPlus, he was very adept at finding new revenue streams and developing innovative services to grow the businesses, and we are looking forward to him now utilising these skills right across the o2o Group.”
Says Jason Cromack, Managed Services Development Director, o2o: “Its a very interesting time for all companies in this sector and there are some clear challenges ahead of us over the next couple of years especially. However, challenges present great strategic opportunities for those who tackle them head on and I am very excited about leading o2os Managed Services business development drive into 2010.
“This new role is a great opportunity to take all the skills honed over nearly a decade of leading AccessPlus and apply them to a broader business development role. There is no doubt I will miss being at the helm of AccessPlus but I leave it in the hands of a great management team who I will continue to work with in my role as the groups new Managed Services Development Director.”
Steve McKeever, o2os Chief Operating Officer will now assume responsibility for the all business critical services divisions in the Group including AccessPlus and Banner Document Services as well as overseeing the Groups supply chain management.
