Tuesday 29. September 2009 - Company to showcase latest JetSpeed range at Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East show

Print technology developers Gandinnovations has announced it will be promoting its range of automatic loaders and grand format printers at Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East 2010.

The Canada-based company will make its 12th appearance at the exhibition in Dubai Airport Expo, January 25 to 27, 2010 with a focus on showcasing

“SGI has gained a lot of exposure and consumer trust throughout its time. However, I would put exposure as the most important thing any exhibitor can gain out of attending. We have a number of new products out, from the HAL robot to the 5 metre RTR UV JetSpeed, the fast hybrid Nanojet2 with very high resolution and glossy UV inks, all of which will be promoted at the show,” said Mohamed Ghalayini, MEA & CIS Regional Marketing and Business Development Manager, Gandinnovations FZCO.

HAL – High-speed Auto Loader – is a fully automated material handling robot system designed to work in synchronization with all Jeti flatbed digital printers.

The new 5 metre JetSpeed XL features 48 Spectra, 80 picoliter print heads and prints in 4 colours at 300 dpi. The grand format printer has an output capacity of 280 square metres an hour in billboard mode.

Gandinnovations will also be using SGI 2010 as an opportunity to learn more about green print technologies.

“UV and water-based technology is gaining interest within the printing industry and there is a shift from solvent and VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emitting based inks. We will be attending SGI 2010 in order to learn about new technologies, in particular non VOC ink technologies and the integration of digital signage,” Ghalayini added.

“Gandinnovations has been exhibiting at SGI since the show’s inception 12 years ago, and we are delighted that they will continue to play an integral role in the exhibition in 2010,” said Abdul Rehman Falaknaz, President of International Expo Consults, organisers of the show.

Other industry leaders already confirmed for SGI 2010 include Fujifilm Sericol, Hewlett Packard, EFI Vutek and Verseidag Indutex.

SGI 2010 will showcase the latest products and emerging technologies from the industries of Advertising, Architectural Hardware, Banners & Posters, Digital Imaging, Electronic Message Centres, Electronic Signage, Graphic Imaging, Graphic Services, Large Format Printing, and Signage.

SGI 2010 will focus on more visibility and branding opportunities for exhibitors adding to their overall exposure at the show.

The show is supported by the Advertising Section of Dubai Municipality.
