Tuesday 15. September 2009 - EASY-CLEANER Type "E" complements the family of filtration systems from EASYLAC with one new member. The device has been developed according to the filtration capacities required by the press manufacturers and includes all ad-vantages of the long standing and well proven "B" and "D"-series. The modular construction has been maintained so that the new filter housing allows a dis-tinctly larger range of filtration surface and capacity.

The optimised automatic cleaning system EASY-CLEANER C202-V09 Ultra-sonic (Cleaning Container) for the environmentally friendly cleaning of press components via ultrasonic procedures is a further milestone of our environ-mental approach. The option with the integrated automatic cleaning of MAN-turbos is available as of immediately. The corrosion inhibited cleaning solution VOC-free Pressroom Cleaner Concentrate Green 220 400 Zi used is free of emissions even at temperatures between 60 and 80°C. Immediately after use the cleaning agent is filtered via the filtration system EASY-CLEANER inte-grated into the Cleaning Container and restored to the cleaning circuit. The ce-ramic filters of the EASY-CLEANER are cleaned automatically and guarantee an output of recuperated cleaning solution between 92% and 98%.

The newly-developed environmentally-friendly fountain solutions for newspaper as well as for alcohol-free web offset/heatset printing are VOC-free and, in accordance with the EU draft regulations, not subject to marking. They satisfy the strict criteria of the corrosion test for fountain solutions.


We will show the further-developed Rapid Wash products, which are free of aromatic substances and water miscible. Due to their high cleaning effi-ciency and dirt-absorption capacity they are suitable for use as universal clean-ing agents for blanket washing systems as well as for manual cleaning of blan-kets, inking rollers and ink ducts. They do not cause embossing or shrinking of elastomers. The used cleaning agents can be recycled. VEGRA offers its own recycling concept as an acknowledged contribution to the active environ-mental protection.
